Kaizen in Raunheim

This is my first time ordering today but I was given the wrong food. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it until I got home. After I called and complained, the dear employee took the extra time to bring me my food home plus gave the money back. And the sushi was by far the most delicious sushi! Customer service is also on top🙏

Yesterday I ordered from KAIZEN for the first time and I was completely thrilled. The delivery service worked perfectly. The quality of the food was great!

Place to be for delicious sushi and food, can only be recommended. Whether with family or for a date, go and see for yourself. Currently only to be picked up and not to eat there. Just got sushi and thought at home that something was missing, it was you guys, the conversations with you, the nice atmosphere and the service are missing. Stay healthy! #supportyourlocaldealer

Unfortunately very bad service. I've loved eating there in the past, but the service is terrible. There are also long waiting times for pick-up (although it is said that you can pick it up, you wait much longer every time). Another example: Something was forgotten about our food and I pointed this out when paying ... I was asked if whether to wrap it up for me or not. But I have to pay for it because you can't take it off the bill. Would that be new to me? Unfortunately, the bad service is not an isolated incident, it happens very often. Better to eat somewhere else where you are treated with respect and the customer counts and not the bad mood of the waitresses.

Super tasty sushi! Is freshly prepared, good value for money. Not too expensive and not too cheap. The staff is great and very friendly, punctual and even during the Corona time just great, if not better. Go there almost every month, because it is simply missing if you don't even eat the delicious sushi there. Conclusion: If you want to eat good sushi, which is also inexpensive and want to be served by very good staff. Then that's a clear recommendation. Because you don't do anything wrong with KAIZEN. You can also try the fried sushi, you won't regret it.

This sushi restaurant makes a very nice, clean, modern impression. The service is very polite, courteous and always friendly. The food itself tastes wonderful, there are absolutely no criticisms here. For drinking, I recommend the Homemade Specials, they taste very, very tasty. The price-performance ratio is definitely right here. I can only recommend this restaurant! I would love to come back.

I've been here three times now, and I've ordered the bento boxes, the sushis, and I just have to mention that really good calpis fizzy drink (I ordered the berry flavored one) are so extremely delicious. The prices are right for the quality they are serving! I can't wait to go back again!

The sushi at Kaizen is delicious. It tastes fresh and the way it is prepared is also something for the eyes. The waitresses are very friendly and everyone is ready to help you. The outdoor area bordered with bamboo is very cozy, despite being directly on the street. An absolute recommendation 👍🏼

Every time I go there I love it even more. The food is on point, there is a good variation of food and sushi and service is nice. I would recommend it to everyone, especially for a first date.

Very nice ambiance. Very different from the kebab and pizza shacks in the area. Teriyaki sauce is superb. Fast service and choice of many different sushi. Singles, mixes and specials such as chicken peanut.

The restaurant looks good, prices ok, I tried fusion cuisine and it seemed great. Fast, good service.

We did a search for sushi near us and decided to give this new place a chance. We were not disappointed. Even though their selection for sushi is not a ridiculous amount it is just enough for everyone to find something they want and what matters most is the quality which is some of the best I have had since I moved here. We couldn't stop talling about it so much that we brought a ton of friends back with us the second time. They are nice and professional. The plates look amazing. We will definitely be regulars.
